We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our athletic program for the upcoming school year:

Open Coaching Positions (Fall/Winter Seasons):

• Field Hockey (Fall Season)
• Boys Water Polo (Fall Season)
• Girls Water Polo (Spring Season)

We are looking for passionate, student-centered coaches who are committed to building a positive team culture, supporting academic success, and developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Minimum Requirements (San Diego Unified School District):
All applicants must be able to complete or provide the following prior to the season:

• Current TB test clearance
• Live Scan fingerprinting through the district
• NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching certification (or equivalent)
• Concussion in Sports certification (NFHS)
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest training (NFHS)
• Heat Illness (NFHS)
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Completion of all San Diego Unified onboarding paperwork and clearances

Previous coaching and/or playing experience is preferred, but we are open to developing the right candidates who are eager to learn and lead.
